Strike while the iron's hot
When you’ve done a great job for your customer, or sold them a product that they’re extremely happy with, then you’ve got to get them to tell the world how good you are. And most of the time, all you need to do is ask and they’ll be more than happy to do it for you.
Sometimes they’ll say ‘What do you want me to say?’ – and what an opportunity that is because you can write your own testimonial and get them to sign it.
And once you’ve got a testimonial, don’t file it away – use it on your flyers, your website, in your newsletter and anything else you publish. Testimonials are gold to your business so don’t miss an opportunity to get one.
