Most of the the people on your database are your regulars and they ought to get something special occasionally so that it sets them apart from the casuals and tyre kickers. And the reason for the special celebration is limited only by your imagination. It could be the anniversary of you starting business, opening a new office, the birthday of a team member or some new invention, or procedure in your business. You don’t only have to be in retail to do this. You can be an accountant or a lawyer, a chiropractor or a dentist, or a tradie like a plumber or carpenter. It’s just a reason to make your clients, customers or patients feel special! So with Christmas coming up, you can be like all of the others and send a Christmas card, or give a gift. Or you could be different and celebrate a day in January. You still have time to put that into motion so why not send a Happy 20th January card with an offer just for them. You could make mention of Christmas in the text but make a point of pointing out your difference so that they know that you are different.
