And the reason for the special celebration is limited only by your imagination. It could be the anniversary of you starting business, opening a new office, the birthday of a team member or some new invention, or procedure in your business.

You don’t only have to be in retail to do this. You can be an accountant or a lawyer, a chiropractor or a dentist, or a tradie like a plumber or carpenter. It’s just a reason to make your clients, customers or patients feel special!

So with Christmas coming up, you can be like all of the others and send a Christmas card, or give a gift.  Or you could be different and celebrate a day in January.  You still have time to put that into motion so why not send a Happy 20th January card with an offer just for them.  You could make mention of Christmas in the text but make a point of pointing out your difference so that they know that you are different.

Whatever it is, don’t miss any chance to celebrate with your customers!
